Therapeutic Yoga for chronic fatigue syndrome – also known as ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis), chronic fatigue syndrome, or CFS, is a complex collection of symptoms dominated by extreme, prolonged fatigue.  Other symptoms experienced in about 60 per cent of cases include muscle pain, lack of concentration, short-term memory loss, sleep disturbances, depression, headache, a ‘muzzy’ head, panic attacks, blurred vision, tinnitus, bloating or abdominal gas and hormonal disturbances.

 

Therapeutic Yoga for headaches and migraines – most people experience a headache from time to time.  This common medical complaint can be felt as a dull, throbbing ache or sharp, shooting pains and may spread across the whole head or be concentrated in one particular area.  Migraine headaches tend to be more severe and are usually accompanied by other symptoms such as nausea and photophobia (sensitivity to light).

 

Therapeutic Yoga for insomnia, depression and panic attacks – sleep is an essential part of life and a lack of it causes fatigue, saps concentration and above all impairs daytime performance.  Insomnia is a chronic inability to fall or stay asleep.  Medically speaking, an insomniac is someone who sleeps for less than 3 hours a night, 3-4 times a week or more.
